Who is allowed to submit films to the competition?
Anybody who isn´t any older than 27 is allowed to.
 

How are the films being judged?
The films will be judged in different categories.
Category I: up to 15 years
Category II: 16 - 19 years
Category III: 20 - 27 years
Film productions entered by schools (schools and film schools) will be judged separately in each category. So, there are six categories.
 

I can´t find an upload tool. How should I submit my film online? Should I really upload 500MB?
No. We don´t offer an upload tool. Online submission is a tool which makes life much easier for you and for us as well. By submitting you let us know that you want to participate. Then send the film including filled out entry form to us until April 19.

How long should my film be?
Your film shouldn´t be any longer than 30 minutes.
 

Is there a pre-selection?
Yes. All films will be pre-selected by a jury.
 

Do I have to own all rights for my film?
Yes, you definitely should own all the rights (picture AND sound). We don´t take any responsibilty.
