- All films and videos are qualified to participate without restriction of topic.
- We need your online-film applications before April 1st 2006.
- Your film HAS TO ARRIVE at our office until April 19th 2006.
- Please enclose a short description of the film and a still picture.
- Application and Administration Fee: € 10 per film
- We accept VHS, S-VHS, DV, MiniDV, DVCAM, DVD
send DVD preview copies for 16mm, 35mm, DigiBeta, BetaSP, DVCPro - PRIZES are just being handed out to festival-present authors
- One film - One tape. We will not accept anything else.
- The duration of films is limited to 30 minutes.
If the duration of the films is less than 3 minutes, it might be screened in a separate block. - A pre-jury will decide if your film is being shown at the final screening sessions for the jury in the main competition.
- The films will be rated by an international jury. The decision of the jury is final.
- The jury has the right to invite the author to participate in their deliberations.
- The organizer reserves the right to file your entered film for documentation reasons.
- The video tapes and films submitted will be treated with greatest care. No liability is accepted for loss or damage.
- By submitting, the participant gives his agreement that copies of his film can be produced and publicly shown for non-commercial purposes (presentation, press and public relations work as part of the competition).
- By submitting you do agree that we are allowed to show your film at our festival.
- In entering the competition the author accepts regulations without reservation and agrees to a publication of his film and his name by broadcasting corporations.
- The films will only be sent back if sufficient return-postage is enclosed (abroad: international reply-coupon).
Contributions not reclaimed will become property of the organization team. - All rights of third parties have to be paid off. We will not take any responsibility for non paid music- or picture rights.
